CoreFit Account Deletion Request

This page gives CoreFit users a way to request account and personal data deletion outside the App. If you can still sign in to the App, we recommend using the in-app deletion flow first. If you cannot sign in or have uninstalled the App, you may contact us by email.

1. Delete Your Account In App

In the CoreFit App, go to Me > Settings > Delete Account and follow the prompts to confirm and submit your deletion request.

2. Email Request Form

You may also complete the form below. After submission, your device will open your email app and generate a request template addressed to support@corefit-ai.com. This form does not store your information on CoreFit website servers. After we receive a complete request and any required identity verification, we will process it within 30 business days and notify you by email.

Leave blank if it is the same as your CoreFit account email.

After receiving your request, we may ask you to complete necessary identity verification to prevent unauthorized account deletion. After verification is complete, we will process the request within 30 business days and reply by email.

3. What Happens After Deletion

  • Your profile, workout records, custom exercises, training plans, workout templates, profile images, and similar data will be deleted or de-identified.
  • To preserve the integrity of other users' data and experience, records created jointly with other users (friend relationships, coach–student relationships, and workouts or plans you shared) will not be removed from those users' accounts. Instead, your account will be marked as "Deleted Account" in such records, and your identifiable information (display name, username, and profile photo) will be removed or de-identified from them.
  • In-app notification data will be deleted or disassociated.
  • Training content already shared with others may continue to exist as copies in their accounts.
  • Some data may be retained longer where required by law or legitimate business needs, such as transaction records, refunds, taxes, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or security audits.

4. Subscriptions Are Not Cancelled Automatically

Deleting your CoreFit account will not automatically cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please cancel your subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account, otherwise the platform may continue charging according to the subscription cycle.

  • iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > CoreFit > Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions > CoreFit > Cancel Subscription
